Graphic Designer

Apex Systems has an opening for an experienced graphic designer for an eneterprise client's marketing division. Candidates for this position should be well versed in print, desktop, web, and mobile design projects. Additional experience with Animation and motion graphics will set candidates apart! This is a 100% remote role that is expected to support EST or CST work hours... Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire. Responsibilities • Understand the company's overall concept, including our brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of services • Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling creative within tight deadlines while multitasking on various projects • Build creative for new product launches, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution • Study creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic • Work with copywriters, vendors and creative director to produce final design as required • Deliver graphic design work on assigned projects: creative conception, sketching, design, feedback, iteration, and final delivery that are visually appealing and on-brand • Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the production of graphics • Navigate your own priorities and time on projects of various sizes from concept to completion • Manage and review design work from external agencies Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of graphic design experience. • Both Agency and B2B experience preferred. • Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch • Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) • Strong experience designing Motion/Animation • Experience creating materials in a variety of formats, including web, email, and social • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and complete projects on time and within scope
