Interaction Designer IIILocation: Remote (onsite team does sit in San Diego, CA, preference is PST hours)Apex Systems is looking for an experienced Interaction Designer for consumer products specifically in crafting and implementing conversational flows for digital and intelligent voice assistants. If interested in applying, please send your resume to kfavela@apexsystems.com.Responsibilities:Experience in interaction design for consumer products specifically in crafting and implementing conversational flows for digital and intelligent voice assistants.Proven experience in articulating and refining design solutions with partners. Demonstrated experience collaborating with software engineers and other development team members to bring to life e2e experiences.Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong abilities in sketching, mocking up (using Figma or similar tools), and evaluating interaction design to ensure high quality experiences for customers.A strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and team-based work.Required Skills:Proven experience designing voice or chat (text) operated user interfaces or conversational agents.Expertise in qualitative user research methods and research analysis.Expertise in creating, conducting, and analyzing usability evaluations.Interactive prototyping skills, technical writing, and communications design QA / Regression Testing.Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years’ work experience minimum.Interview Process:1 round - Zoom videoEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
