Program ManagerLocation: Redmond, Wa (2-3 days per week)Duration: 9/30/24 - 6/30/25Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hrTypical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is: We deliver all networking equipment into the data centers that allow servers to be powered - think of is as comcast delivering the physical hardware but for our company. We primarily handle two components - MOR and Fuse box - (MOR) these are in the server space and we have fuse boxes (a component that is important to reduce latency)• Key projects: This role will contribute to: Heavily involved in InfiniBand that are supporting the next generation of data centers in order to power a lot more. Our data centers have to be able to support this new development.Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:• Early on, a lot of meetings - 80%• This person will be overseeing all vendor management to analyze data, metrics and KPIs• Email comms - 15%• Monitoring optimization/analytics - 5%• Will change as time goes on, less meetings - the ramp up will take about 60 daysCompelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition• What makes this role interesting? - This role provides the opportunity to be very hands-on with the data. - A lot more hands on with regards to data, trends, metrics, KPIs - looking at trends to analyze and make sure time stamps are accurate to build a view of the whole story. - very analytical dataset - our data is all over the place because its a new space.• Unique Selling Points: AI driven space/ AI related products. Potential for FTE in the future.Candidate Requirements• Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.• Degrees or certifications required: BA in Business Admin or related field (finance, accounting, analytics) degree is required to be eligible for this role or PMI or PMP preferred• Disqualifiers: Candidates who are looking for a short contract will not be eligible for the role.
