As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and fostering relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers who could benefit from our SAP managed services, AWS managed services, and data analytics solutions• Monitor and field all inbound sales inquiries• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns effectively• Articulate the value proposition of apiphani solutions to key stakeholders• Schedule meetings and demos to further assess client needs• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospect interactions using a CRM• Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities• Co-sell with our key partner and alliance sales teams• Attend AWS and partner events, meetings, and conferences to network and promote apiphani solutions• Utilize various sales tools and techniques to research accounts, navigate organizations, and engage decision-makers• Continued learning through training and education platforms/offersJob Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience• 1-3 years' experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities• Experience in the IT/technical services industry• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational and time-management abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets• Proven success in pipeline maintenance during sales cycles from the prospect stagePreferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred• Experience in selling SAP applications, AWS managed services, or data analytics solutions• Understanding of cloud computing, AWS services, and enterprise software solutions• Familiarity with Amazon Partner Network and SAP partner ecosystem• New York City / Boston Metropolitan Areas preferredBase Salary$65,000—$70,000 USDCompany Benefits• Medical/dental/vision - 100% paid for employees, 50% paid for dependents• Life and disability - 100% paid for employees• 401K - 3% match, no employee contribution necessary• Education and tuition reimbursement - up to $50K annually• Employee Stock Options Plan• Accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity benefits offered through our providers• Employee Assistance Program• Legal assistance• Unlimited PTO
