Senior Designer, Product
Apollo.io is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help craft the future of the company. The ideal candidate should be experienced in designing and shipping complex web-based products, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a strong collaborator.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products
- Expert design instincts & best practice knowledge
- Experience in creating and maintaining components in Figma
- Passion for typography and copywriting
- User-centric design mindset
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, build & validate solutions to user problems & goals
- Collaborate with Engineers to understand constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into essential product decisions
- Identify high impact areas to work on, develop hypothesis, test, and iterate
