Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Support to help evolve our Customer Support operation. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will drive positive outcomes within our Tech Support, Privacy, and Billing specialists. 

You will play a crucial role in bridging operational activities with business outcomes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving necessary adjustments. Your innovative mindset will drive the ideation and implementation of solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, bolster business performance, and empower our employees.

Collaboration is at the heart of your approach. You will partner closely with those around you to craft strategic initiatives that elevate team performance and align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving achievement of departmental and cross-functional objectives. 
  • Develop new capabilities and methodologies within the team, expanding their impact and effectiveness.
  • Bridge operational activities with business needs, driving necessary adjustments and improvements. 
  • Help with ideation and implementation of solutions benefiting customers, enhancing business outcomes, and empowering employees.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment and leadership among team members, inspiring holistic thinking and maximizing opportunities for impact.
