Growing and dynamic company is looking to hire Bilingual Spanish Administrative Sales Assistant's NeededStart date – ASAPWork Hours: 8am to 4pmDuration of assignment – Temporary through January with possible extensionJOB DUTIES:-Responsible for administering customer orders for all Food Service Equipment department products, accessories, and parts.-Maintaining inbound and outbound product sales development.-Responsible for processing sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, product returns, and product inquiries within ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).-Manages frontline inbound and outbound customer service calls.-Assist departmental personnel with incoming customer phone calls & order processing as necessary.-Processes customer orders through ERP system from purchase order, sales order, follow up, and invoicing.-Works with accounting, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.-Works with receiving and quality control departments for product returns.-Establishes effective business relationships with each distributor, direct, and export customer to affect open communication levels.-Monitors customer pricing to insure current and accurate price-points.-Negotiate with any customer that doesn't adhere to established list pricing and/or delivery timetables. Maintain complete up-to-date records with all customers to effectively monitor their performance.-Assist marketing with new customer product introductions both inbound and outbound.-Performs other duties.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES-Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance which may include working evenings and weekends as required.-Ability to be highly proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and NAV.-Ability to travel within the U.S. for tradeshows.-Possesses strong customer service foundation for both inbound and outbound calls.-Ability to be adept at using persuasion and negotiation skills to adhere to price quotes and delivery timetables.-Ability to effectively work independently and part of a team toward meeting department goals.-Ability to be a self-starter that takes the initiative to start and complete assignments without direct supervision.-Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral form.-Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions consistent with Company-Ability to: talk, listen and speak effectively on telephone; read, write and understand written documents and policy-Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information-Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information-Ability to organize and prioritize own work.-Ability to work individually and in a team for the purpose of collaborating and completing projects.-Ability to compose letter, memorandum, and reports.-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy.-Ability to understand and follow basic to complex instructions and policies.Apply for this great position as a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Sales Assistant's Needed.
