We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our commercial properties. ThisProperty Manager position is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of thePortfolio, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security,janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. The Property Manager handlestenant requests and complaints and must be familiar with the terms of the leases.The Property Manager assists in the preparation and management of the annualbudget, reporting and financial performance of the Portfolio. Property Managementposition functions at a high capacity within the context of a larger team, setting andimplementing goals, supporting leasing initiatives and accounting.EXAMPLES OF DUTIES - Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Conducts property visits to ensure property presentation in compliance withCompany standards.2. Bid, negotiate scopes of work and supervise manages job through completion.3. Coordinates work requests for Operations Technicians with OperationsCoordinator.4. Resolution of maintenance issues, administration of property improvementsand oversight of existing conditions to achieve long-term presentation of theproperties. Develop preventative maintenance plans to avoid increasedliability, risk, or expense.5. Assure compliance with ADA, environmental and building ordinances.6. Ensure tenant compliance with requirements of the lease.7. Development and management of budgets including monthly variancereports. Establish long-range capital plans for asset presentation.8. Respond 24/7 to any tenant issues or property emergency.9.
