This might be the right opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat related to bonds, including bond issuance, redemption, and general information.-Assist clients with understanding of terms, interest rates, maturity dates, and other relevant details.Problem Resolution:-Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to higher management as needed.-Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts or transactions.Documentation and Record Keeping:-Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.-Update customer records and bond account information as needed.-Collaboration and Reporting:-Work closely with other departments, such as compliance and trading, to ensure smooth processing of bond transactions and adherence to regulations.-Provide feedback on customer issues and trends to help improve service delivery and product offerings.-Generate and review reports related to customer interactions, transaction volumes, and issue resolution.-Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to processes or customer service strategies.Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.-Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or investment industry.EEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
