About this Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Product Analyst (Workday), HR Systems to join our HR Employee/Labor Relations Services Team within Traditional Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Human Resources transformation by delivering innovative processes and technologies that enhance the employee experience.The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering integrated HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:HR Portfolio Management & Roadmap Development:Evolve the HR portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, HR business owners, and other key stakeholders.Ensure alignment of HR technology solutions with organizational goals and industry best practices.Business Analysis & Project Planning:Collaborate with business partners to evaluate requirements, plan projects, and oversee efficient development, delivery, and deployment of solutions.Act as a top-level consultant by re-engineering HR technical and business processes for greater efficiency and significant business impact.Agile Methodology & Execution:Operate within an Agile environment, decomposing epics into effective user stories and maintaining task status in JIRA or similar tools.Lead complex product solution discussions and assist in integrating systems with third-party service vendors.User Acceptance Testing & Documentation:Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance testing cycles, including identifying and documenting relevant test scenarios and cases.Produce comprehensive documentation such as business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.System Administration & Configuration:Manage system administration and configuration for Workday and ServiceNow, including business processes, security compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management.Oversee vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including configuration, feature development, and execution of test plans.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, and data privacy.Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and understand client objectives and desired outcomes.Influence and guide less experienced strategy and execution staff within the group.Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and agile practices.Drive and maintain capability-specific enhancements, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and on time.EEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
