Application Specialist (Process Mining)

Are you interested in the operation of process mining tool and link to other process solutions?

Join us as an Application Specialist and be part of our Information Services team handling the process mining solution regarding the support, maintenance, request for changes and participation in the projects, mainly for the backend and operation of the solution including the real time and daily data loads, manage data consistency and completeness, adjust system scaling and performance import of data. Furthermore, supporting the business in maturing the set up and implementation of process mining for the different areas in roadmap.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operation, Development, (implementation), maintenance of the process mining solution in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines. Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding to the process mining solution
• Supporting the process mining solution by handling support tickets
• Monitoring of the Celonis Process mining solution and proactive actions to 100% secure up time including data transfer from SAP
• Solving and implementing continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency.
• Participate in projects for development of and roll out of the solutions
• Contribute to shaping the roadmap for the future and implement it and implement development and deployment of existing and new solutions
• In collaboration with the business onboard and implement new areas and their process mining into Celonis
• Engage into other process solutions, to support and secure link to the process mining
• In control of support of the process mining solution by living up to SLA and obtain a good satisfaction score
• Delivering process solutions by understanding and collaboration with the business, but at the same time stick to standard solutions and Grundfos guidelines. So balancing business needs and system possibilities and making recommendations and decisions regarding solutions
• Use technical expertise and skills with solid understanding of the business and collaborate with relevant partners across IT, especially the Process solution team, as well as business to deliver the right solutions
• Successful implementation of the Celonis Process mining solution according to roadmap
• Close cooperation with your colleagues across IT and business worldwide
• Taking ownership of assignments

Your background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivelant
• SAP knowledge and experience, preferable worked with the technical set up. Table and other, e.g., Sap Basic, ABAP
• Experience and knowledge in process mining
• Great understanding of Business value chains and processes
• A bonus could be knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Signavio
