You'll be working in a team which provides application support for the Reference Data & Azure Cloud suite of applications. You will be part of a global team that provides follow-the-sun support across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. It's an important role at the ground level building the organization's specific big data skills within our team and providing hands-on support as part of the Application Support team. You will play an important role in maintaining production stability, resolving incidents in a timely manner and working closely with development and business partners. You'll be able to work with your colleagues on interesting projects that will help build your skills and experience.
