Head of Technical Recruiting
Applied Intuition is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting to lead their engineering recruiting function. This role will help build out a large recruiting team and shape the future of autonomous systems and robotics.

Responsibilities
- Develop talent acquisition strategies with business and engineering leaders
- Build and manage high-performing recruiting teams
- Client-manage multiple stakeholders including senior executives
- Anticipate and solve recruiting problems
- Mentor and develop recruiters and first-line managers
- Support special projects such as M&A
