eCommerce Customer Service Intern

Apprenticely is working with our company partner, 5G Consulting to add eCommerce Customer Service Interns to their team in Northwest Arkansas!


Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

About the Employer: 

We are a sales consulting firm that specializes in navigating the complex sales landscape of Walmart, Sam’s Club and other retail and online businesses. We produce consistent sales results with the world’s largest retailer across multiple categories. We currently represent over 1.2 billion in annual sales to Walmart and Sam’s Club.


Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Organize internal documents and contracts
  • Operate multi-line phones to answer, screen or forward calls, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments
  • Analyze sales and operational performance and provide actionable insights
  • Develop reports to track performance, and aid in planning and decision-making
  • Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the business.
  • Responsible for assisting with item set-up management and project management.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management.
  • Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service, and standard offices practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, and records.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Zoom, and Walmart’s/Amazon’s vendor portals.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams programs.
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.


Requirements
  • Must be highly motivated and eager to learn, wish basic excel skills
  • Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at office in Bentonville, AR
