• Take Calls from End-Users and Provide Support
• Windows Workstation Support
• Windows Server Environment Support
• Network Support.
• Time entry and tracking.
• Client information and documentation.
• Ability to read, create and interpret technical documentation

• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the aptitude to gather information and learn in a call center type environment. The right person will be a detailed listener that can put the caller at ease and provide confidence that the issue will be resolved. A desire to learn and excel in various technical areas will be required. 
• Knowledge of hardware configurations concerning PCs and networking are a plus. Troubleshooting basic networking issues involving IP configuration, routing and DNS. The ability to learn and retain knowledge at a fast pace in diverse environments.
• Must be willing and able to gain advanced certifications in any of the hosted technologies (Microsoft, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam)

• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite at office in Searcy, AR
