Apprenticely formally known as Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is looking to add a Project Specialist to our internal team! This position will directly support the Registered Apprenticeship program & report to The Director of Project Management and Grant Administration at Apprenticely.

Key Responsibilities:- Project Kickoff Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of new project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and next steps.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide a high standard of client service, offering a "white glove" treatment and acting as a final point of contact to confirm project details.
- Project Preparation and Documentation: Prepare and organize notes, outlines, and key information in advance of project meetings; manage and distribute commitment letters, MOUs, and related documentation.
- Follow-Up and Filing: Conduct thorough follow-ups with the Client Development team, ensure accurate documentation, and file records systematically.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to support seamless operations and effective project management.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining operational processes and documentation practices to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Register apprentice into the DOL’s RAPIDS system: Ensure that all DOL, apprentice, and employer files are maintained for compliance; Update spreadsheets for cohort, onboarding employers and scheduled cohort starts and stops
Qualifications:- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow up systematically with internal teams and clients, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with a self-starter attitude, motivated to seek guidance when needed.
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, non-ownership environment.

Requirements:- Must be based in Arkansas with a large preference for Central Arkansas
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
$24.04 - $26.45 an hour
