We are seeking an enthusiastic software engineer with deep knowledge of Azure, AI tools and services, and data engineering best practices. The role involves a combination of participating in solution architecture discussions and hands-on software development, testing, and deployment.Role Specifics:Experience: 3-5 years with technologies requiredDesign scalable, reliable, and optimized ML infrastructure on Azure using best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, researchers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop AI-powered solutionsOrganize and manage ADO code repositories, branches, pull requests, issues, and workflows for code versioning, collaboration, and quality assuranceFamiliarity with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Llama, and open-source large language models (LLMs) to create innovative applicationsImplement platform capabilities to support MLOps for foundation models, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, testing, monitoring, and feedbackEnsure the security and compliance of deployed models, following regulatory guidelines, data privacy, and ethical considerationsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate AI methodologies, results, and recommendationsAbility to multi-task and prioritize across varying workstreamsEnsure appropriate systems development and development processes are utilizedMust Have skills:Azure Ecosystem and AI/ML | 3 years (tool experience – can develop prototypes/demos)Experience in a similar fast paced role | 5+ yearThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $73 to $78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
