Digital Asset Specialist

Our global technology client is seeking a skilled Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to support our OneDAM project. This individual will work closely with the Central OneDAM team to ensure efficient migration, organization, and management of digital assets from the Global Campaigns Team to Adobe Experience Manager. This role will also support our Digital Marketing team as they develop and execute on digital marketing programs that utilize the assets managed through the OneDAM project. Strong preference for prior experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and project management tools (Workfront preferred).Key Responsibilities:Migrate digital assets from the Global Campaigns Team to Adobe Experience Manager DAM and organize/structure digital assets within the DAM system.Update and enhance metadata for all migrated assets to improve searchability and findability.Load promotional materials such as banners, videos, and presentation decks from virtual events into the DAM.Collaborate with the OneDAM team to implement best practices and training for asset management.Assist marketers in locating and accessing the content they need within the DAM.Support marketing team in the management and optimization of our email channel and digital operations and the development/execution of Global Campaigns.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of professional non-internship digital marketing experience.Experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.Proficiency in metadata management and tagging.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional marketing and creative teams within the Marketing Org.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in digital marketing or content management roles.Knowledge of AWS marketing processes and content lifecycle management.Familiarity with virtual event promotional materials and downloadable content.. Experience using marketing automation tools to build and activate multi-channel marketing campaigns.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.51 to $32.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
