We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our clients team, focusing on developing and delivering high-quality marketing assets and messaging for the healthcare and life science industries. In this role, you will coordinate and coach teams and customer speakers for priority speakership opportunities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand voice continuity, and drive a range of marketing projects from start to finish.Remote; must be located in AUSTIN, SEATTLE, BOSTON, Hybrid in LOS ANGELESPay Rate: $33 to $37/hrDuration: 4 months with the ability to extendKey Responsibilities:• Coordinate and coach teams and customer speakers for high-priority speaking engagements and events.• Collaborate with field teams and customer stakeholders to develop industry-leading marketing assets, presentations, and messaging.• Ensure brand voice and industry messaging continuity in healthcare and life science sectors.• Work with key industry stakeholders to generate and publish thought leadership and industry content for blog channels.• Drive a variety of marketing projects (e.g., customer speaker sessions, case studies, blogs, sales enablement materials, campaigns, events) from inception to completion.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• 5-10 years of product marketing experience.• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer needs.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Demonstrated bias for action with a history of seeing projects through to completion.• Experience in healthcare or life science industry marketing.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.• Attention to detail with a hands-on approach to tasks.• Experience in creating and executing business plans.• Track record of delivering innovative products and navigating ambiguous situations.• Experience working with limited resources and thinking creatively to achieve goals.This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for the healthcare and life sciences industries to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
