Omni Channel Marketing Coordinator

Our Fashion Retailer in WI needs an Omni Marketing Coordinator to support all marketing executions by procuring and communicating accurate product validation, inventory level representation, and pricing statements throughout the creative channel execution phase to ensure consistency of messaging and easy customer experience. Effectively builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to accomplish company goals.Job DescriptionMARKETING EXECUTION• Utilize marketing and merchant strategic and planning communication tools to provide guidance and ensure the accuracy of relevant product, inventory, and pricing• Utilize marketing coordination tools to facilitate, track, and communicate key information• Ensure appropriate product and inventory levels support creative output• Acquire merchant pricing strategies to ensure selected products are priced appropriately and meet compliance guidelines• Collaborate with Merchant teams on product pricing structure to inform the creation of content in Censhare for Creative Channel teams• Validate offer and content-linking strategies to provide consistency across digital channels• Drive digital strategy Implementation through a compelling call to action and offer language• Audit creative output and execute Merchant requested edits to ensure pricing statements are compliant and the product is supported by appropriate inventory levels• Facilitate timely communication of updates based on promotional shifts and changing business prioritiesCROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION• Serve as the primary liaison between Merchant and Creative Channel to ensure accurate product, pricing and inventory representation• Facilitate and negotiate alignment between Planning, Creative Channel Execution, Pricing and compliance to support updates to key initiativesQUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED• Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience• Effective communicator; strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong partner and collaborator with peers, cross-functional teams, and leaders• Adapts positively to change and works well through ambiguity• Excellent time management and organizational skills with emphasis on multi-tasking and prioritization• Build collaborative relationships and support network• Utilize critical thinking skills to drive efficiencies within the role• Pursue and respond to feedback; coachablePREFERRED• Experience in retail marketing coordination• High aptitude learning Software
