They empower property managers with innovative tools to optimize operations, drive bookings, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.About the RoleAs a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be a pivotal member of our product design team, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to create exceptional user experiences. You will focus on high-impact projects and system-wide improvements to enhance our product's usability and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces that align with the product vision and business goals.Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts.Optimize Web site architecture , server configuration, orpage construction for search engine consumptio n and optimal visibility. Improve search-related activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation, or optimization tests, using A/B or multivariate methods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.Optimize shopping cart experienceor Website conversion ratesagainst Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ideal Candidate:We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience in UX design within thevacation rental ,hospitality ,financeorB2Bsoftware industry.A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful UX design projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.7+ years of experience in UX design.A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects.Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.The target hiring compensation range for this role is$70 to $90 per hour . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
