The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for fiscal, technical, and administrative matters, performing office administrative duties, and provide accounting and clerical services.

• Daily collection of pack list from shipping and inputting of accounts receivables invoicing, getting account manager approval on invoices, posting and mailing.
• Weekly A/R Collection calling to customers to aid in timely payment of open invoices and work with customer base when documentation and proof of delivery is needed.
• Prepare monthly Work in Process/WIP to the Income Statement & Balance Sheet
• Coordinate and assist in the ordering and maintaining of office supplies as needed by front office, QC Lab, and Tool Room areas.
• Assist in Weekly collection of time and attendance data from ERP system, calculation of daily time for each hourly employee and willing out of weekly ADP worksheet to give to controller for payroll input.
• Perform monthly physical Finished Goods inventory audit.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, accts receivable, accounts payable, collections
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Data Entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and detail
• Excellent Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

Salary: $44k-$48k based on experience
