We look forward to considering you as part of our team at ARAUCO!https://na.arauco.comThis is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 remote) at our North American headquarters in Dunwoody, GA.How does this role fit into the success of our organization?Our Inventory Coordinator (Analyst) is responsible for managing ARAUCO’s assets in remote third-party locations, including the flow of information through systems, inventory accuracy, as well as vendor and company compliance. Some of the responsibilities include:• Support onsite inventory counts to maintain accuracy and assist with the identification of units missing labels and removal of damaged units from inventory. Work with Port Operations to coordinate with warehouses to ensure proper inventory turnover (FIFO).• Manage and perform system reconciliations of inventory in 3PL and retail consignment warehouse locations. Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory in SAP.• Work with Port Operations to complete the necessary SAP transactions to accurately receive in, transfer, and post out inventory in a timely and accurate manner as needed.• Examine inventory levels and determine where we have excess, shortage or aging inventory. Coordinate with inside sales and port operations as needed.• Assist with analyzing ASN errors to help resolve errors and determine areas of improvement both systematically and with 3rd Party Providers.• Review 3PL retail vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Work with finance for smooth processing.• Assist inventory manager with preparing inventory adjustments as needed.• Other responsibilities as assigned by the companyWe are looking for someone who is:Knowledgeable• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperienced• 0-2 years of related experienceEffective• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail with good planning/organizing skills with ability to multi-task• Self-motivated, flexible, and quickly adaptable to changeCollaborative• Collaboration is key to Arauco’s success.
