The Advanced Research in Computing and Artificial Intelligence Division at GTRI's Information and Communications Lab (ICL) currently seek students to start Fall 2023 who are interested in applying their Computer Science and Engineering skills to solve applied research problems. The division works on projects ranging from machine learning for predictive maintenance; natural language processing for healthcare, defense, intelligence, etc.; creating high-performance modeling and simulation environments for a variety of industry and defense applications; building scalable solutions for decision support from a full-stack perspective; and building and maintaining large-scale high-performance research clusters. The team is looking for students with a full range of skills in programming, high performance computing, machine learning, statistical analysis, web development, scalable software, etc. Students with backgrounds in Computer Science/Engineering that who are self-starters, adaptable, and quick learners are encouraged to apply.
