Proven track record in technology sales or equivalent
Experience in building and managing successful partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of partner business models and channel dynamics
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key partners
Drive revenue growth through partner channels
Ensure the success of the partner ecosystem
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with business objectives
Manage and nurture existing partner relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner enablement programs
Analyze market trends and identify new partner opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Manage forecasts, sales performance, pipeline, and revenue contributions
Create compelling value propositions for Archera's platform
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
