Director of Partner Sales

Archera, a cloud cost optimization company, is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Director to lead channel sales efforts, manage relationships with key partners, and drive revenue growth through partner channels.

Skills

  • Experience in building and managing successful partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and channel dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners
  • Drive revenue growth through partner channels
  • Ensure the success of the partner ecosystem
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner enablement programs
  • Analyze market trends and identify new partner opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Manage forecasts, sales performance, pipeline, and revenue contributions
  • Create compelling value propositions for Archera's platform

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
