As the Manager, Retail Program & Change Management, you will be responsible for enablement of our global retail stores, through program and change management of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for the strategic roadmap for large-scale retail initiatives, working cross-functionally with Technology, P&C, Finance and Omnichannel to deliver the best-in-class projects. Your scope will encompass the initial project direction and step-up, discovery, business casing, change management delivery, and hypercare support.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Please note this is a temporary role for a duration of 15 months, until February 2026.

Retail Strategic Initiatives responsible driving and delivering global, scalable strategies to attain our business goals. The team is the conduit between the stores and the cross-functional partners, aligning, projects, strategies, to deliver the future to our retail fleet.
If you were the Manager, Retail Program & Change Management, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:- Partnering with leadership to ensure that short and long-term initiatives are prioritized, budgeted for, and incorporated into the strategic business plan
- Shaping program level approaches for large scale business transformations
- Support & advise on program mgmt. activities (project governance, defining ways of working, identifying key stakeholders, defining key meeting cadence, identifying key deliverables and timelines, implementation planning & process improvement)
- Oversee overarching change management and delivery of large scale initiatives
- Development of change management strategies and the delivery of communications & rollout
- Develop, refine & maintain program mgmt. standards, tools, methodologies & reporting
- Working cross-functionally to identify risks, create proactive solutions and communicating to senior leaders

- our omnichannel roadmap, including the next iteration of our POS & RFID
- our new Retail Workforce Management (WFM) System
- our retail reporting roadmap
Are you our next Manager, Retail Program & Change Management?- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- You have 5+ years of large-scale project experience in program & change management, with the ability to pull multiple teams together to lead global projects
- You have a background in change management and training for large-scale projects to cross functional teams
- You have 3+ years work experience within a retail support function
- You have extensive knowledge of store level guest experience, operational processes including (recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory management, visual merchandising, etc.)
- You have exceptional leadership capabilities with a demonstrated experience building high-performing teams
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels
- You have excellent communication skills, and you excel at executive level communications
- You have a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
- You are able to travel (domestically and internationally) as required
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
$104,000 - $143,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $104,000 - $143,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
