Data Analyst III
Ardent is seeking a Data Analyst, Level III to support data integration and advanced analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial modeling and workforce analytics to drive decision-making and organizational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
- Ability to develop predictive and workforce models.
- Problem-solving skills and operational planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and perform analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and integrate complex analytical models for operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards for visual reporting of critical data.

- Facilitate training for operational staff on analytic processes.
Education
