Position Title: Family Services Director

About Us:
Since 1989, Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County has been the leading provider of affordable housing opportunities in Waukesha County. Over the past 33 years, we’ve built 45 homes for deserving families, building on average 1-2 homes a year throughout our history. We seek a Family Services Director to help ramp up the organization toward its goal of building 20 homes per year, 30 existing home repairs a year, in 3* communities by 2033*. Habitat Waukesha has begun building its first-ever subdivision, with 16 single-family and two duplex-family homes.
About You:
This position would be front line, making a difference in the community, and responsible for all activities related to our partner families for the homeownership and home repair program.
Your day would consist of loan origination, working with community partners, and ongoing case management for financial readiness.

The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The build site production days are Monday through Friday. Work schedule and days worked may vary based on production needs.
