- Adjudicate workers' compensation indemnity claims
- Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly
- Analyze claims forms and policies
- Manage claims in litigation

Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Two or more insurance designations or related experience may substitute for degree
