Engineering Manager

Argyle is a fast-growing, remote-first Series C startup solving a systemic data problem. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership to the frontend development team, manage team members, and collaborate on project planning and execution.

Skills

Expertise in React and TypeScript
Strong leadership skills
Solid understanding of software engineering principles
Experience with Node.js or backend development is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and leadership to the frontend development team
Manage a team of frontend developers, including performance management and career development
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement processes for continuous integration and automated testing
Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the frontend development team and across other engineering teams
