Remote Client Service Assistant (WfH)

Argyll Infotech Inc is looking for a motivated and proactive Remote Client Service Assistant to support our clients and ensure their needs are met from the comfort of your home. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our services and resolve any issues effectively. You should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as building strong client relationships is key to our success. You will work closely with various departments to ensure client feedback is integrated and maintained in our service processes. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through our services and products.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our services and industry trends.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently in a remote environment.
