SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to create and implement customised Salesforce solutions that streamline our business processes and boost efficiency.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you have the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Salary: £53,500 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality Salesforce applications.
  • Designing and implementing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce development activities, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce application issues promptly.
  • Ensuring quality and performance through testing and optimization.
  • Staying updated with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
  • Mentoring junior developers and fostering team collaboration.
  • Participating in code reviews and maintaining documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations, using tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or similar. 

IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
