Senior Corporate & Commercial Counsel
Armis is seeking a Senior Corporate & Commercial Counsel to support corporate, business, and commercial activities in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
Skills
- 5+ years' experience in legal corporate and commercial matters
- Global compliance legal experience preferred
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Membership with good standing in at least one U.S. State Bar
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, finance matters, entity management, etc.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments including HR, sales, marketing, etc.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for governance and compliance.
- Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide advice on employment related matters.
