Senior Corporate Counsel
Armis, the Asset Intelligence Cybersecurity Company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their growing Legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, compliance, and commercial matters with a focus on governance, finance, and corporate operations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate, compliance, and commercial legal matters
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and finance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for governance and compliance
- Offer advice and counsel on employment-related matters
- Partner with outside counsel to drive business goals and provide effective counseling
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent
