Who You Are: 

As a Client Onboarding and Success Manager, you have a strong background in client services and a deep commitment to guiding individuals and businesses toward growth and success. You understand the unique challenges that clients may face and are skilled at tailoring support to their specific needs. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction make you an invaluable part of our team. You are entrepreneurial, driven, and capable of both strategic planning and execution.  


What You'll Do:
  • Employ Arootah's onboarding process and proprietary tools and technology to ensure clients' successful transition into our services. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Arootah's clients, maintaining positive client relationships. 
  • Expand Arootah's client database by onboarding and orienting new clients. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction through feedback surveys and, when necessary, develop actionable improvement plans. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and deliver effective Onboarding Pitches. 
  • Work closely with Arootah's customer success team to ensure the successful delivery of our services to clients. 
  • Provide personalized onboarding and success support to clients, addressing their specific needs. 
  • Collaborate with clients to define short-term and long-term goals, creating actionable plans to facilitate their growth and success. 
  • Assist clients in remaining accountable to their objectives, providing motivation, encouragement, and guidance throughout their journey. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, including challenges and successes. 


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client onboarding and success, with a track record of successful outcomes
  • Proven experience in client services or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meaningful conversations with high level stakeholders
  • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and tailor support approaches accordingly 
  • Expertise with CRM's (we use HubSpot)


Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with customer success management and onboarding in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of coaching principles and practices
  • Holding a relevant credential or certification is a plus


$80,000 - $120,000 a year

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on skills, specialization, and experience.
