ARSIEM is looking for a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst (Journeyman Operator – Lima Arabic Levantine). This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct real-time geolocation, collection, search, and survey operations.
  • Conduct active SIGINT
  • Use various tools and databases to create, modify, and assess requirements
  • Adjust collection system/access tasking; monitor the status of a collection system/access
  • Monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies
  • Provide first-instance troubleshooting
  • Provide technical/operational guidance to customers
  • Mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the program standards and operational TTPs


Minimum Qualifications
  • NSAG Passive Geolocation Certification
  • Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency with current language proficiency testing such as DLPT in Arabic Levantine(AP)
  • Current Active geolocation certification for two (2) different technologies:
  • Global System Mobile (GSM)
  • Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)
  • CDMA 2000 Evolution – Data Only (EVDO)
  • Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
  • Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
  • Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile


Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

 

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is 3,500,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
