Data Engineer

Arta Finance Inc. seeks Data Engineer in Mountain View, CA:

Job Duties: Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines using cloud technologies to serve all our

internal clients: User Interface (UI), Machine Learning Research, Running Models. Building internal

service that works across a wide range of data (market data and economic data) and combines it into

one consistent model. Constantly increase throughput, performance, quality of our data pipelines and

storage. Focus on automation (validation, monitoring, failover). Design and implement multi-cloud

infrastructure (data pipelines, storage). Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Natural Sciences, or

closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any

occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Data Processing; (2) Data Quality Control; (3) Data Pipeline; (4) Microsoft

Azure; (5) Python; (6) Shell Script; (7) Big Data; and (8) Statistical Modeling. Any suitable combination of

education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per annum.
