Pros

Excellent experience + connections. Got my foot in the door with marketing, social media, and graphic design.

Cons

Depending on your exact role/assignment, you can be anything from just taking classes to managing an entire team for a college's social media. Some people in this case are underpaid + overworked with a max 10 hours of work a week that is technically allowed.
