Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software
Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Apply basic diagnostic techniques, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provide remote support access for worldwide sites
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up on helpdesk issues

Education

IAT Level 1 certification
CompTIA A+ certification
Network+ certification
