The Client Success (CS) team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes. The CS team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA, and NursingCE. The team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Product Training Specialist, you’ll deliver Nursing product training support through expert product knowledge to ensure client product understanding, adoption of resources, and achievement of client outcomes. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position is remote in the United States.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Conduct comprehensive onsite and virtual client training in collaboration with the Client Success Team and internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and usage
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team and internal stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and execute onboarding and ongoing training programs, contributing feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of all Nursing solutions, staying informed about product updates, new features and functionality changes
  • Lead engaging live webinars and leverage technology platforms like Zoom to showcase Nursing solutions and support clients in achieving their desired outcomes
  • Utilize tools like Gainsight and D365, or other technical approaches to monitor client engagement and loyalty, provide follow-up and address concerns to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain awareness of client status to increase client engagement, loyalty, and escalate concerns to key stakeholders and deliver detailed client follow-up to support service delivery and respond to additional questions and training needs
  • Support the sales team in meeting revenue goals by providing timely onsite and virtual student orientations when demand exceeds sales bandwidth
  • Support operational initiatives, troubleshoot product/tech issues to assist clients with quick resolution

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare or business, master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 of industry experience in product education, training, and employee mentorship
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching or training in professional or academic environments
  • 2 years of expertise in creating educational presentations and resolving technical issues
  • 2 years of experience in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of training programs for customer success
  • 1 year of specialized experience as a domain expert at ATI
  • Strong understanding of the organization’s products and their technical aspects
  • Skilled in delivering effective and engaging presentations, tailoring training to diverse audiences
  • Creative problem-solver with a talent for Innovative thinking and continuous improvement
  • Effective communicator with excellent active listening skills, capable of captivating an audience
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and present findings that inform decision-making
  • Present data findings in a manner that gives valuable insight and assists in driving effective decision-making processes
  • Detailed oriented with accuracy and troubleshooting expertise in various system and product areas  
  • Highly organized, adept at managing and prioritizing daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Up to 50% travel is expected
