Position Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager leads ClickSafety's B2B marketing efforts, including demand generation, sales enablement, event planning, and campaign management. We are looking for a data-driven marketer to develop a strategy to optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion. This role needs to partner closely with stakeholders across the organization in sales, sales development, and marketing operations to help grow the pipeline and drive sales. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, create, manage, and measure multi-channel campaign including email, social, ABM, and programmatic media Partner with sales to better define customer segments and journeys Work closely with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to identify eCommerce customers for nurture campaigns and develop process for smooth hand-off between teams. Optimize lead flow to nurture leads through conversion funnel Work with sales, eCommerce, and marketing operations to define and optimize lead quality Manage trade show and event presence with support from outside agency Develop content including blogs, sales enablement materials, and other marketing collateral Track, report, and analyze results of campaigns, content, and email KPIs Manage day-to-day relationships with internal teams and external vendors, including creative team, agency management, and freelance content creators Experience: 8 years of marketing experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, and/or CRM Marketing Track record of creating and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns using paid digital media, content marketing, events, sponsorships, social media, email marketing, and other channels and tactics Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and prospecting tools, such as Hubspot, Dynamics 365 or equivalent, and ZoomInfo Skills: Strong analytical skills. Ability to measure campaign performance, demonstrate success, and identify new opportunities. Desire to embrace a test-and-learn strategy across all channels and tactics. Skilled at building relationships with and gaining buy in from sales teams and other key stakeholders Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
