- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience hiring for GTM roles
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for GTM roles
- Collaborate with Growth Team to build effective GTM talent program
- Build rapport with key Hiring Managers
- Conduct thorough research on operating company needs
- Source high-quality passive candidates
- Maintain efficient search processes
- Provide exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain continuous improvement mindset
