Process Automation Developer- DISA (Fort Meade, MD)- Hybrid

Job Description: Automation Resource Subject Matter Experts (SME) / Architects will have knowledge of one or more of the following and will share responsibilities across the team in order to have sufficient coverage of expertise and increase redundancy. • Provide SME expertise for ServiceNow & Automation Center. • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools. • Stay current and up-to date on automation integration, trends, tools, technologies, industry best practices and benchmarks to effectively serve as an Automation SME to the Automation TWG and Automation Stakeholders.• Development of required metrics incorporated into Dashboards and reports.• Provide SME expertise for SharePoint Online & MS Teams• Manage and process expertise in RPA/Advana/UiPath/Ansible.• Provide SME expertise for Data Rights and Access. Work with the Data Council to ensure that the appropriate rights and accesses are available to incorporate the required data for various IMS, reports and dashboards.• Provide knowledge and expertise in:o SharePoint Onlineo Automation tools such as UiPatho Robotic Process Automation (RPA)o Visual Basic (VB) Macroso Microsoft Project Onlineo Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4o Excelo MS TeamsWhat We Need:• Bachelor s degree or 5+ years relevant experience.• Extensive experience with ServiceNow.• Subject Matter Expert in MS Power Platform, including, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Advanced knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath and Ansible.• Strong proficiency in Visual Basic (VB) Macros for automation.• Experience with Microsoft Project Online and project management tools.• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and MS Teams for collaboration and integration.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Experience with cloud services and cybersecurity best practices.Even Better:Advanced Certifications:• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP).• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.• Certified Automation Professional (CAP).• Project Management Professional (PMP).Clearance Level:• DoD Secret clearance required (U.S. Citizenship is required)
