About the role:

Payments and Treasury forms the backbone of Aspire’s offerings, powering products such as business accounts, transfers, cards, invoicing, payables.

As a Product Intern in the Treasury team, your objective will be to assist the Product team in enhancing the global business accounts, local/cross-border payments experience for Aspire’s clients, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and seamlessly.

You will also drive key growth and marketing projects aimed at improving revenue from our payments products. You will work closely with designers, engineers and QA as well as stakeholders from Partnerships, Growth and Operations teams.

  • Deep dive into our data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support decisions in infra design to enable our expansion into new markets.
  • Enhance the automated notifications sent to customers, to ensure relevant information is provided to the right stakeholders.
  • Support growth and marketing projects aimed at increasing revenue from our payments products.
  • Support Operations, Product and Engineering teams in identifying root causes of bugs and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to shape requirements, features and products.

Minimum qualifications

  • Studying/graduated from a leading university ideally with a degree in engineering or business
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Feel very comfortable with technology and APIs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - you will be doing a lot of multi-tasking
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior product internship experience 
  • Exposure working with regional or global product teams
