About the Role:
Imagine having a wonderful opportunity to provide technical assistance to the P&C Transactions & Flow team, supporting both direct and broker markets. In it, you will be utilizing various software applications, records management solutions, workstream processes, as well as coordinating with client markets and other functional roles within the company.
Key responsibilities:
You will also be providing analytical support by entering key account information into system tools and gathering additional data on account specifics to help your underwriting team with the decision-making process.
About the Team:
Are you eager to tackle a new challenge? Then add your experience to our team by supporting the North American Facultative Underwriting team. You will be responsible for providing administrative, technical & analytical assistance to a great team of underwriters. Your performance and contributions will have a direct impact on the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the underwriting unit.
About You:
Essiential
Minimum of two year associate degree; or equivalent experience.
(Re)insurance knowledge desired
Property knowledge desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical skills
Very strong attention to details
Nice to Have
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and self-reliant task manager
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Ability to cope with changes in tasks and priorities
Ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and experience to colleagues
Ability to complete work independently or in cooperation with others on well-defined tasks in a project and will define some tasks independently.
Demonstrates willingness to seek new knowledge and tasks, questions current processes, and able to suggest improvements.
