ASRC Federal NetCentric Technologies, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist/Coordinator to support the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico. KEOS is a base maintenance/operations support-type contract, also known as BMC or BOS.Job Summary:The Training Specialist/Coordinator assists with the planning, implementation, delivery, and record maintenance of program training requirements. Their duties include communicating and coordinating with managers and HR personnel to determine training needs, assisting with the implementation of training programs, and maintaining records to ensure compliance with contract requirements and indirectly, the mission success of Kirtland AFB.Duties and Responsibilities:• The Training Specialist/Coordinator reports to the Quality Control Manager.• Maintains training records, internal materials, and related databases.• Assists in assessment of training effectiveness.• Collects, analyzes, reports and manages training metrics.• Monitors compliance with contractual requirements.• Investigates, documents, and reports non-conformances.• Makes recommendations to the Quality Control Manager to enhance the training program.• Assists in the development and implementation of training schedules and delivery.• Effectively employs and potentially aids in refinement of learning management system.• Develops metrics to evaluate training compliance and effectiveness of training.• Practices and promotes the principles of the ISO program.• Monitors waiver training requirements to ensure performance threshold requirements are met.• Assists with program compliance and the development of procedures and programs.Requirements :Minimum Requirements:• EITHER of the following for degree and experience:• Associate degree in business, human resources, education, or a related field and minimum of four years' experience in training-related functions to include learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and instructional design. -- OR --• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, or a related field and minimum of two years' experience in training-related functions to include learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and instructional design.• Be willing and able to work with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.• Skill in communicating orally and in writing with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness.• Possess excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.• Be able to work independently with little direction in day-to-day tasks.• Must be able to prepare and present reports to summarize status for management’s review.• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 software suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.• Must be able to pass a drug screen.• Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.• Must maintain a valid US driver's license.• Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
