Responsibilities

As a Production Assembler, you may work in the Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, or Lottery production areas for the manufacturing on Electronic Gaming Machines.

You will be required to learn and build various products while constantly using fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, hand & power tools, computers and standing for a full shift as well as bending and lifting.

Works at a limited number of build stations.

Executes assigned highly routine manufacturing assembly tasks in a limited number of stations.

Tasks impact a few aspects of a limited number of short-term production operations, particularly production efficiency.

Recognizes deviations from highly routine practices and takes prescribed next step.

Bolts, clips, screws, and fastens parts together.

Utilizes hand tools in assembly operations.

Follows manufacturing process documentation.

Documents completion of production processes.

Identifies and corrects configuration and assembly errors.

Operates within the context of well-defined procedures for the production lines.

Escalates non-routine operating issues or requests to gain cooperation of senior members of the team.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Able to pass a Security Background Investigation.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.

Must be able to stand for full shift.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Use of computer to read build requirements and close jobs.

Interpret and understand manufacturing process instructions to assembly parts.

Work overtime as needed.

Available to work on weekends.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $16.15- $31.01. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
