PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and provide technical assistance to manufacturing personnel across multiple product families.
• Implement procedures and recommend improvements for production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
• Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
• Recommend tooling supplies and replacement parts as required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, and organization of equipment and materials in the fabrication area.
• Work with Engineering, Production Control, and QA on drawing problems, manufacturing order problems, and quality problems.
• Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Prefer a minimum of 5-years' experience with assembly/electrical/testing manufacturing processes.
• Previous lead/supervisory experience preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with ISO standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to operate both JIB and Overhead cranes.
• Ability to operate Class IV Forklifts (Hyster 50 - 170)

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
