Accounting Manager

Asset Living is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a team of accountants and coordinate financial statements for a group of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and excellent leadership skills.

Skills

CPA Eligible or CPA Preferred
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Lead a team of accountants in preparing financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Communicate with clients regarding financial performance
Develop a high-performance culture within the accounting team

Education

Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Multi-family or real estate experience required; Housing experience preferred
