Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software
Housing Credit Certified Professional certification is a plus
Knowledge of HUD program is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with laws
Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and implement modifications
Attend TDHCA trainings and participate in tax credit reviews
